They probably mean non-mosaic Kleinfelter's. Mosaic Kleinfelter's is when some of your cells are XXY and some are XY (much milder form, can still be fertile etc) and non-mosaic is when all of your cells are XXY (severe but rarer form, symptoms more pronounced, you may think you are a maxi-pad etc)
