I was wondering the same thing myself because the skin texture is so... odd. My closest guess is that it's from severe acne, when I was a freshman in HS I had a girl in one of my classes who had some of the worst cystic acne I've ever seen in my life. When it cleared up later (I imagine she went on doxycycline or accutane) her skin texture was almost like chemical burn scars. She was a perfectly nice girl too, I always felt bad for her because I imagine kids weren't always nice about her skin condition.

She also seems to be VERY tiny. Her body proportions are a little off. Look at her hands and her size compared to the room at the last picture. I guess there is a mild dwarfism going on?

Don't explain the odd skin texture thou. Looks like burn scars...
 
Unrelated to her I have a personal story about MtFs. Up until VERY recently I actually bought into the TWAW stuff and all that. For the last five years or so I've had a close online friend who is a lesbian (and I mean an actual lesbian not a male AGP). This friend of mine who I'll refer to as Heidi decided to introduce me to her MtF transbian friend who named "herself" after a female JoJo character. Despite being active on sites where they exist I had actually never really interacted with MtFs, the few trans friends I had/have were always FtM.

Within ten minutes of getting into a Discord voice call with Heidi and this MtF it became very obvious to me that not only was I talking to a man, I was talking to a very weird socially dysfunctional autistic man. He kept "jokingly" putting Heidi down and talked over her the entire time and loved calling himself a "tranny" and a "dyke". I left the voice call early and since then I've never been the same in regards to how I view transwomen.
 
This thread and others do make me wonder - if transition is the great big deal-breaker for so many sad, unhappy people, the thing that's supposed to cure all ills and allow them to authentically live as their authentic human self... are _any_ of the troons of social media ever actually happy after trooning?

Even if you take into account their insistence that they're horribly invalidated and marginalised by our awful global societal intolerance, or their incessant moaning about HRT / no HRT / GRS / no GRS / buggered up GRS, I just don't think I've ever seen a single tranny on SM who's just living an average not totally fucked up life, and getting on with it in their shiny new gender, like the rest of us, who also generally have to deal with being socially invalidated in this or that way, or with being ugly bastards, or not having a shag as often as we'd like, or health issues....

I can't think of a single troon whose online life isn't one long REEEEEE about oppression, unfairness, misery, shilling, hate, 41%ism, etc. Where are the happy trannies? If they exist and are simply staying off SM, maybe the rest of the mardy glitter family needs to do the same & see if it makes them enjoy life a tiny bit?

Yeah they definitely just are less on social media or are stealth on it. I knew a trans man when I was younger who I still follow on some social media who’s turned out okay, has a steady job and a partner, passes and has transitioned fully (or as fully as he wants I don’t keep up much). He’s pretty quiet on social media, doesn’t really talk about trans stuff much. Probably in part because he actually puts in the effort and passes rather than crying that no one calls him a man while dressing and presenting fully female.

When transsexualism was a niche fetish for homosexual men who just wanted to leave women alone and wear makeup and stuff, they aren't like the crazy straight men larping now who make up 95% of trannies today.

There's a surprising amount of transgender people who don't fall for the gender bullshit and still acknowledge biological reality, and leave biological men/women alone. I think they still lead fulfilling lives, with relationships and actual friends. But they are sadly a minority.

Looked more like acne scars to me. Also her ears, nose and index finger look... off.
The dangerhair and "I'm totes not a woman" shtick just makes everything worse.
 
I think for a very small percentage of trannies, maybe transitioning does help them somewhat. But at the same time, if they regret it, you almost never hear about it, especially if they've gone through all the surgeries. It also seems that if they've gone through all the surgeries and have spent years living as a tranny, it makes them feel as though it's pointless to detransition. They just sort of seem resigned to their fate, and really, can you blame them? If they decide to detransition, that means another change of identity and you have to admit to yourself and others that you were wrong and made a mistake. How can you go through the world as a man again when you have a hole in your body instead of a dick., and manboobs or implants? How are you supposed to be a female again when you've got a beard, no breasts, body hair everywhere, a deepened voice, and you've removed all your internal sexual organs and removed your vagina and have a "micro penis" or "flesh tube" complete with fake balls? Not to mention you've already spent thousands of dollars to get all these surgeries, and you're looking at spending even more trying to fix it all, but even that isn't feasible, because well...we can't really fix it.

This is probably a huge factor in why trannies are more prone to kill themselves after SRS. You're not the opposite sex, and while you're still your birth sex, you look nothing like it anymore, so you're stuck in a limbo. And let's not forget that even the butchers that do SRS don't even have an idea of how to really fix their own surgeries if something goes wrong, and they sure as hell don't want to touch other butcher's patients, because they have no goddamn idea of what that particular surgeon did, so have no way of knowing if they'll actually be able to fix it, or end up making it worse. And if they do attempt to try to correct it, majority of time they just botch it even worse.

This is why the leading experts in gender dysphoria all agree that transitioning shouldn't even be an option, and instead try to get their patients to learn to accept themselves as they are, while also trying to find other causes for their gender dysphoria. But of course, these doctors have been silenced, fired, or called bigots for doing conversion therapy.

It's going to be a messy situation when the backlash against the troon movement finally happens, and people are already starting to push back against it. This will definitely be looked back upon as a dark period in humanity, where experimental surgery and medicine were forced upon innocent children and mentally ill people.

It seems like she probably has some sort of condition. Not sure what but... her face has the texture of chemical burns, her proportions are very strange, her hand holding the phone in the last pic looks... almost like her fingers are cut off or didn't fully grow?, and her feet/waist both seem extremely wide and matching the width going straight down (no ankles/no "inward tuck" of the waist). Also, the ear not facing us seems to be underdeveloped as well, and lower down on the head. The entire left side of her face actually seems a bit low and twisted. I'm interested to know what condition it could be, most likely a birth defect?
