A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

Irish society has become more accepting of gender expression, but when it comes to the provision of intimate spaces and services, biological sex matters.

The Countess last month commissioned the first-ever independent survey into attitudes to gender in Ireland. It has revealed widespread support among the Irish public for single-sex spaces, services and sports.

  • The majority of those polled favour single-sex facilities and care provision, while more than half are opposed to people being allowed to compete in sports of the opposite birth sex.

  • 62% said public buildings such as schools and banks should have to provide single-sex toilets.

  • Fewer than one in five (17%) respondents agreed with the law as it currently stands that a person should be allowed to change their birth certificate as soon as they self-identify as the opposite sex.
  • 34% thought it should be permitted once a person has partially or fully transitioned through hormone treatment and/or genital surgery.
  • 28% of people said individuals should not be allowed to change sex on their birth certificate at all.
This is the first time the public has been given a say on gender self-identification. When the government passed the Gender Recognition Act in 2015 it did so with little thought of the effect it would have on the wider community, let alone consultation with groups that would be most affected, particularly women.

Males, no matter how they identify, should not have access to women’s spaces, services and sports, and this shows that the majority of people in Ireland agree. We are encouraged that the Irish public values the safety, privacy and dignity of women and girls. This is about what is fair.

The survey provides clear evidence that Irish law is out of step with public opinion.

And to be fair, these results will be skewed until and unless every single study fully informs respondents of the actual demographic breakdown, ie that unlike their very likely belief that transwomen are mostly flaming gays who will get their dicks removed as soon as possible, in fact most transwomen are white heterosexual males who are even more obsessed with their own penis and using it than standard males and the “gender confirming surgery” is named such because they want boobs and facial feminization but want the public to think it’s the chop.

The normies who think this is fine exclusively believe this is about white Karen’s scared some Laverne Cox type is going to rape their daughters, because that’s what they think troons are. Why don't they just put fucking sex AND gender on all of these documents. That way no one is happy and they will at least reflect reality so the troons and mentally ill won't fuck up statistics. Jesus tapdancing Christ.

I was thinking we could just use better terms, like vagina-people and penis-people.

That's something not even the majority of troons can argue against. But then I realised if we did that we'd end up with articles like "why some vagina-people have external vaginas"

It's such a circle; no matter what the solution is, troons won't be happy until we all 100% act like troons are just like actual women, biology and all. Inventing new terms won't work, because they'll try to capture those too. Finding a middle ground won't work, because they want their cake and eat it. Any and all implication that there's any fundamental difference between males and females is already too much to them; no matter how insignificant, or significant.

Imo if you claim to be female despite being male, you're not sane. A sane transperson can't exist, just like a sane trans-species or a sane trans-age person doesn't exist.

What would a sane transperson even be like?

Agrees they're not female, will never be female and doesn't want to change laws or morals to push their identity? Nor agrees with the shit trans rights activists have been doing? And doesn't want access to women's spaces and doesn't want any surgery?

At that point they're just a crossdresser.

They always say that these crazy internet ones are a minority, and the normal trans people are just never shown, yet I really really doubt that. A sane trans person would just be a crossdresser

As in they don't make it their entire fucking personality and also think they have some important nebulous political "goal" to achieve by being trans. how is that sane, that's ludicruous, it's utter bullshit. Even if they don't make it their personality, it's as sane as considering yourself a different species or age.

Unless you meant gender, but in that case I'd go back to arguing they're just a different flavor of crossdresser. As in, a male who knows they're male but wants to wear female clothes (i.e. gender roles).

But if we add sex to it; like insane surgeries, trying to have laws accomodate you, wanting access to women's spaces, etc, then it's not even a debate, that's absolute lunacy

I won't even use transrace, because transrace would actually make MORE sense, with race being a spectrum and sort of a social construct and all that.

People always point to troons like Blaire White as normal transpeople, but he believes in bullshit aswel, just less extreme bullshit. There's no reason why his lies are any more true than the more extreme lies we get from TRAs.

Point of rebuttal, gatekeep the fuck out of your community. I felt sorry for them at first, and still might for some "sane" transpeople who fought against their community and its more innane pushes,

but these people didn't gatekeep their movement, they often cheered on the insane shit, and when it comes to troons in bathrooms, troons impeding on female rights, troons trying to push this shit on younger kids- pick any two issues and I guarantee you that theyre either silent or tacitly complicit.

Used to feel sorry, but knowing how many of them are gaslit and gave the crazies the de facto ability to represent their interests, and I feel less sympathy. Don't let crazies speak for you, and if you let them or cheer them on, I have no sympathy for you when you find out that the people you were supporting are actually batshit.

Also they're not interesting or funny. Some middle aged accountant who looks like Mrs. Doubtfire and does nothing else of note isn't interesting. We follow the ones who dress up as Rainbow Dildo Monkeys and go into rooms full of women and children and waggle their dicks in their faces because they're funny but also horrifying.
