Okay, so first off, I mostly date trans women since getting a divorce in 2023. The reason can be narrowed down to simply, they accept me for who I am more than cis women do (T4T would explain this maybe even more simply). However, there are also lots of smaller minor reasons. I would say a lot of the smaller reasons surround sex. But not in the chaser way you might assume, but lots of other things I dont' really hear others talking about much.
So let's just list them. First off, trans women are more okay with.....alternate modes of sex. I.e. I am not expected to just do the base missionary, top role. Even with trans women who are bottoms. Most are okay with taking things slow. Most are okay with things that aren't just intercourse. In fact, I never had intercourse during my first sexual experience with a trans woman. From my experience (so only for me personally) with cis women, 90% of them expected top missionary intercourse if they came home with me. I was often called bad words when I did not want that (mostly questioning my sexuality or my manliness). In retrospect, many of these acts could probabyl be called sexual coercion or even sexual assault. Those experiences have left with serious scars, and how understanding trans women are has really made my life easier.
