I know it has been said a million times already but what the fuck does he mean "feminine gender markers". Have trannies not been "assigned" the wrong gender at birth, were they not "always a women on the inside". If I told a tranny his surface-level facsimile, his caricature of a womanly appearance didn't make him female, would he not simply counter by claiming to be a women per se regardless. It's never about them being a women on the inside, it's always the transgression of forcing others to maintain the charade on their behalf.
I think this would go down the lines of research on on other illness faker diseases like me/cfs or long covid, that have been totally captured by patient advocacy and where all attempts of re-framing them from physical diseases to psychiatric conditions are met with violent rhetoric and death threats from the identity crowd.
