I've never heard of it happening. The pessimistic answer is that they don't work those problems out with help. Optimistic is that the gulf between the sexes with average libido and interests isn't there, so bedroom issues don't crop up in the same way. Plus you don't have the "We're (not) trying for kids" angle, so any tension around that is gone.
