At this point being trans has just become a shield to become openly any kind of pervert. They're so open about their fetishes because if you criticize a troon you're basically hitler. Don't you know sissy hypno porn shit is just any regular way to discover you're actually a woman? Well I'm not saying anything new or groundbreaking here, just had to let it out.Yeah it's weird. There used to be a small amount of decorum, even if it was just keeping it to their troon only spaces.
Now they're very open about their AGP (though they don't call it that) with flimsy excuses like "I am a woman, so of course I imagine having sex as a woman" and "Sissy porn is a safe way for trans girls to explore their identity." Null made a lot of people mad when he said on stream to just stop indulging in your depression and get over it. While I don’t discount the nuances of the physical nature of mental illness, it’s honestly really great advice. OCD and anxiety disorders are treated properly with exposure therapy as opposed to benzos, addiction and depression seem to do better when you divert those thinking patterns to something productive or positive, much like munchies, Genderspecials seem to think they’re a unicorn in the medical field. That only a fully trained genderspecial koolaid drinking highly specialized doctor could understand their mental and physical anatomy could properly treat them. A rotting wound isn’t news and dysphoria isn’t uncharted territory. There is nothing about them that makes them extraordinary* except for how politically they’ve carved their way through first world countries.
*except the violence and pedo underlining that never seems to happen despite constantly happening

Ultimately, you have to choose to be happy. That choice is always yours to make. What that choice entails is individual. Sometimes it takes therapy, sometimes it takes medical intervention, but it always depends on the individual seeing a problem in his life and taking active measures to fix it. No amount of drugs or therapy can help someone who won't commit to participating.

there definitely is the physical changes in the brain. no denying that, but just like any diagnosis, along with medical intervention, whether an issue is terminal or not, symptoms can be helped with active participation. Lifelong depression is real but the only way to deal with it besides killings yourself is learning how to adapt and deal it with day by day. You choose to a point where you suffer.

This is the crux of it. A patient who doesn't want to recover never will. They may need some assistance to get to that point given the nature of the disease but without that commitment you won't get anywhere.
In some cases there is nothing you can do at least outside of institutionalization. Terry Davis had a form of schizophrenia that was extremely resistant to treatment.

Terry was definitely an outlier but he still maintained the ability to have a control over his life. It’s sad to watch some lolcows because you can tell there is a point that intervention can’t help. BP is always a trip cus people with personality disorders aren’t incurable. Those along with npd and antisocial are among people who are afflicted their whole life but takes daily inventory to navigate life without pushing everyone away and hurting others. It’s hard and it takes a lot more effort than people want to put it but it’s not a lifelong prison sentence
