Because unlike the Dolly Partons and Joan Rivers of the world, these surgeries aren't cosmetic to them. Women who get boob jobs don't make it the basis of their entire identity. Their entire personality is not defined by plastic surgery.

The trans cult, however, do that. These surgeries are, according to them, "life-saving" and "necessary" so they can be their "true selves." To deny them such surgeries is to literally commit genocide in their eyes. I said this before in another thread, but the mere existence of detransitioners calls their entire ideology and worldview into question. They say it's necessary, that it's needed, that it's not a phase but them being who they really are. Detransitioners, or even people who regret the surgery, demonstrate that, no, you can be wrong about this, that it's not necessary, it's not needed, it may very well be just a phase. It demonstrates the doctors aren't infallible beings, that they don't know what they're doing, and that the trans people have based their entire lives, ruined all of their relationships and career opportunities on a lie.

They need to recruit others into the cult, and they need to censor all dissidents at any cost, because if they don't, then the crushing realization that they've destroyed their entire lives and ruined everything because of a lie will obliterate their mental state. They might realize that they did this, they ruined everything, they permanently fucked up their body, there's nothing they can do to fix it, and it's all their fault.
