There's a lot of anime, some of it is great, other is pure brainrot.

Main problem with anime is that even if you focus on one of its many niches you are still exposed to the AIDS. A kid could only be watching 90s mecha anime and some harmless shonenslop and still somehow end up irradiated with waifuism, futanari , netorare, shotaloli coomer bullshit simply prolonged exposure to the general anime "community", any baseline weeb will know all the lingo and what all the tropes are , even pretty tame shows will be spammed with coomer memes and rule 34, its just in the air so its easy to fall through the slipery slope.

I gotta say I just don't think this is it. If you haven't noticed, American/British television is more faggy than anime could ever be. Like by far. Full stop. The gayest fruitiest anime in the world doesn't compare to what you get when you turn on any random cable channel in 2015. Or a streaming service today. Real Housewives of niggatry. I say all of this to say I don't think we have done any better and in fact worse.
