How has nobody mentioned one of the best parts of Trader Joe's yet?

Namely that they randomly change the branding i.e. "culturally appropriate" ethnic names for various ethnic foods.

Off the top of my head:

Chinese food is "Trader Ming's."

Mexican food is "Trader José's."

Italian stuff is "Trader Giotto's."

And Japanese stuff is "Trader Joe-San."

... why ming, of all things? Zhou (even when mispronounced with a Z-sound instead of a soft J) would have been a better fit.
