Tommy has told this story many times before, and every time he fails to acknowledge that people have the right to sell properties they own - even if you've been living in them and come to think of them as "yours".
Given how much he clearly despises his father, why would he have even accepted housing from him in the first place?
It honestly wouldn't surprise me to learn the house was pretty much used for storage by Tommy as he moved all over the place and that he rarely lived there for any length of time.

I don't know why he claims his "anti fan club" ruined his birthday. Many members of AMB wished him good vibes, happy b-day, and expressed hope that his friends threw him a good party or took him out for dinner. Sad that he thinks those types of well wishes ruined his b-day and those sending good vibes are insane assholes.
