tl;dr you retain your copyright to what you post on FB, but they can use it and third parties with apps there can use it if you let them, and that license expires when you remove the content yourself, but that doesn't necessarily mean you can then go and sue people who already used it or who innocently use it because they're relying on this TOS language.

You're only allowed one personal account. You can make as many groups and pages as you like. That said, the "real name" issue only usually arises if someone is reported or they hit their name change limit.
