What message do they get when they’re shoved into gender stereotypes of girls/women and a parent has decided they wanted to be “liberated” from them and live as doods?
No one is more endorsing of gender stereotypes than troons and poons.
“I liked to play with cars and trucks over dolls as a child and didn’t like to wear dresses/I played dress up with my sisters and didn’t do sports”

I used to be ok with it and be "tolerant" but now I just think that any flavor of gayness, or pretending to be gay or whatever, you can't have kids. This shit should be banned.

Parents are supposed to help children manage their feelings, not the other way round. That's your kid, not your therapist or drinking buddy or partner. (And where's the wife while "dad" is talking to her kid like this?). If you're constantly having these ridiculous self-indulgent emotional episodes in front of the kid and expect her to take care of you, how is she supposed to ever learn how to manage her own feelings and problems? And how is she supposed to ever feel like she's in safe hands and can trust you to look after her when you make it clear to her that you can't look after yourself? If you are having Big Feelings, you keep that shit to yourself and the adults in your life. That poor bloody kid.

I imagine normal/healthy wahmen simultaneously like men's masculinity, while being a bit confused and irked by some of our behaviours and habits. (Same way we view women)
