1] Strike 3 may be when I don't take good advice given to me, but since many here don't take the good advice I give them & none of them have ever given me any good advice, it won't happen here.

Let me also add a few more pieces:

1] Why do I take medications for diabetes even though I know I'm not diabetic? I believe it's popularly referred to as "playing along". it's basically the same thing Lebron James does anywhere in the world when someone tells him how great he is & he knows they're full of it (why he didn't win the MVP award recently given out by the players' association). It's insulin & not heroin/crack/something like that, so I can't be arrested when I take a shot in a McDonald's, & I'm unaware of any side effects.

2] For any of you who may have ever been involved in any version of CHYOO/CHYOA, or have simply read the posts by "Saint" on the topic, let me point out a few...

TJ, you have two inescapable possibilities:

1) You are a diabetic and your insulin shots allow you to continue functioning

2) You are not a diabetic and inexplicably decide that you need to take insulin to "play along," weathering the ghastly side effects and risk to your life that a non-diabetic taking insulin risks.

There are no other choices. If you take those shots and you don't have extreme adverse side effects, you are, by the logical definition, diabetic.

Congrats, TJ. You are a diabetic, and no amount of denial will change that.

Insulin is better for bodybuilding than steroids, the side effects are so severe that only the most hardcore crazy bodybuilders use it.
