As long as they refer to it as a "voluntary interview " he should talk to a lawyer and politely decline until a court says otherwise. Talking to neutral feds, let alone hostile, is a mine field.
Between sending out that statement on "X" which included the sign off "Kiss my Irish ass", dedicating 20+ minutes of his show to talking about the indictment with categorical statements on what happened, Tim is speed-running the "I shall make you regret taking me on, as a client!" game. Tim's counsel shall be as bald as he, before this is done, if Tim continues to fumble about.
I am more concerned that Tim may try to throw everyone under the bus in a desperate attempt to save himself. This would explain why Tim has said previously that
Ian, of all people, is the one to reach out to, regarding business, tips, etc. At first, I thought it was another case of Tim's bad choice in personnel, but if you needed someone to blame & whom had little ability to defend himself, Ian would fit the bill. If Our Graphene Guy becomes Tim's Fall Guy, I shall be very cross.
But I do think Tim was truly hoodwinked, here, & unaware of just how suspicious
Tenet's contract was. There were plenty of red flags which popped up that you would think may haver put a pause on signing anything, but Tim must have been won over by whatever was allegedly said by Lauren Chen & the representatives he spoke with. From poor hiring decisions with his own company, inability to get his coffee shop completed two years on, & lacking discernment when it comes to leftists, Tim simply has poor judgement. & I am not surprised that poor judgement extends to how he behaves when involved with a federal investigation.
I thought that the government has no authority because no one takes them seriously, or something like that. It's like having clowns knock on your door with fake badges and a fake warrant saying you need to come with them, right? It's just something you'd laugh at and ignore, because you don't respect them.
Why's he treating this clown bureau of clowning from the department of clownery seriously?
Tim "Stand up to the man, any way you can" Pool being a hypocrite & folding under pressure? Well, he shall have you know that...it's complicated:
It would explain why Tim is balding, if Chelyabinsk is involved:

Tim had Chris Lonsdale, a state representative from Missouri's legislature, as the guest.
Hannah & Libby were the co-hosts.
Tim, again, decided the best course of action was to talk in specifics about problems with the indictment & denies accusations that he took money from Russian sources.
Clip Collection:
-Funny that during the recent Michael Malice episode, Tim & Michael praised Jessica Tarlov, a leftist commentator on
Fox News, as a leftist who was willing to engage in good faith. Jessica went on to say that Tim made "$400,000 directly from the Russians" on
The Five. Tim's ability to discern good people from bad is almost as defective as his hair follicles:
