Cast Castle Update:
Luke continues to try to get people into shape and teach them some self defense with yet another trainer. Tim is once again missing from the workout program, but he does sit around in the corner and watches while his girlfriend participates, like his friend Jack Murphy enjoys doing.
The instructor asks Lyd's if her face is her money maker and she says no. He's confused, but I'm sure he's used to being baffled by this sperg breeding program. Later they're doing push exercises and Lydia keeps demanding Miracle hits her harder to the point Miracle feels uncomfortable.
Instructor complements Luke, episode ends with Tim talking about civil war again after skipping training every time.
