I used to do boxing as part of gym routine. I must say, you have to be either incredibly clumsy or extremely fixated on your booboos to have so many incidents to share. None of this is remarkable even. Missing a hit and hitting partner or coach in the ribs, not even face or somewhere else painful? Happens all the time. Strained muscles? Also frequent.
