I looked him up, guy's name in Mark Pacella. Did a few comics n the 90s, mostly Marvel, also had an Image comic called Tooth and Claw (not to be confused with the Kurk Busiek comic), which appears to be a vein of untapped furry wank material. Overall though Pacella makes his bread by dong storyboard art.
One other highlight I found out is that Pacella penciled the Alpha Flight comic where Northstar came out of the closet because of an AIDs baby. Here's the cover, which yes, still fits the thread's topic:

I remember years ago reading threads on Rob Liefeld on 4chan...I don't think all of his artwork is exceptional. But when it's bad, it's a fucking trainwreck.

This is super nice art actually. But it’s porn. And the censoring is the funniest fucking thing. It’s so high effort. But the actual act of censoring is SO bad. Like, no one is fooled by this. This is simultaneously the best and worst porn censoring I’ve ever seen.

Can’t believe artists from the 80’s and 90’s tried to replicate some aspects of manga and fail. Also didnt appreciate people trying to replicate Dark Knight Returns and Watchmen.
