Jessica is just a long serving victim of tommy boy, but is sadly too dense to realise it. Tommy was hoping to have a rather deep sponge resource in Jessica and was sorely disappointed when they finally met up, he mentions her far less than he did since the meeting, is far less lovey dubby than before the meeting and only really acknowledges her when he either wants something from her or is trying to get something out of her (I'm willing to cal Jessica She, as they might have their own problems but have a far better claim to being trans than Tommy or Phil will ever have).
I will point out (like I have before an will most likely do again), that Phil an Tommy have been more than just friends, and have at least have uncomfortable weird fumbles in there time spent together but both of them didn't really know what to do an couldn't work it out so just left it at that a regular fumble, it's part of the reason I give "The Figging" any basis in reality.
Phil did ask for it, Tommy drew the line for it an wasn't in the mood so said no so Phil either squeaked in rage or did it to himself as part of his self care regime, but the result was the same a fat autist making lound squealing noises that was only able to be shut up by filling his mouth with food.
They have been more than just friends even during the Jordessica period, Tommy was just looking for some one who'd cover some of his costs at least and jessica was easy to string along who he pinned high hopes on an got let down, so he's now looking for a out that will leave his other current options (who I suspect I know) open.

This reads to me like Jordman is slowly trying to shift his relationship with Jessica from something romantic into something more of a friendship. "Bestie biscuit" and "Sister" are both substantially less romantic terms.

This is from a few days ago but I don't think anyone posted it yet. Jordan posted about this article, "No! Parents of Kids with Severe Disabilities Should Not Be Able to Stop Their Growth" and some of Jessica's comments make her childhood sound pretty traumatic. I think her life may have harder and her conditions more serious than I'd originally thought.
Relevant comments from Jessica:

Pretty much all kids in the 90s were given pills for something. It blows Jordman had to take prozac when he was 12 or something, but that in no way excuses his current life style. S powerful medications that are given unnecessarily can cause long term health problems, but the basic level antidepressants he was probably being given didn't do shit to him in the long run.

From what we can tell Jessica is severely impaired, and lives in some sort of assisted care environment. Jordan thought she was well off, and went up there to latch onto her like a leech, but found out once he got there that she has little control over her money and can't have visitors for very long. That's why he's trying to find a way to extract himself from the relationship without looking like he bailed on a disabled woman cause she didn't have anything worth taking (which would be exactly what happened).

This completely. I mean, what do we know about "Jessica"?
- Severely mentally disabled and most likely living in a group home
- Has no idea how real relationships work
- Is being used by Jordan for whatever stupid game he's playing
- Does nothing except play dress up and tard about the internets
Jessica's probably a dumpy autistic who's parents didn't understand what was affecting their child much like @Thundersteam. The difference is Kemmeth accepted this and moved on, and while I may not agree with some of his choices he has had a fairly fulfilling life with his jobs, education, and hobbies. Jessica has Jordan and a sob story about parents "forcing" him to take medicine he probably needed and probably is most likely on if he's under any kind of care.
And side note, Jordan says nothing to console her.
Jordan saying nothing in sympathy is pretty telling though. That could be the perfect description of their relationship.

If all of this is true is it possible it contributed towards Jessica's current impairments? If she was on some knarley meds at a young age that could impair cognitive development, however people who have traumatic childhoods can become mentally stunted because of this. It's obvious she had something from the start, but a rough upbringing can make things considerably worse. I'm also inclined to believe Jessica in this, I don't think she has the wherewithal to exaggerate for attention. Although Jordan is trying to distance himself from Jessica I doubt he'll do anything until he feels confident that he can jump straight onto another crutch. She's useful for oppression points and is also good at engaging with whatever he posts, normally this causes other people to contribute too. He won't give that up until it's absolutely certain he has another stable, more profitable option to mooch off.
