How is it possible for Spray Nine to kill 99% of germs, if there are still germs around? I don't think Spray Nine would lie to me, but its sketchy, you know?

If a meteor the size of Jupiter slammed into the earth and it was made of Spray-Ninium, it would have to kill 99% of humans, and in that case humans would go extinct.

So how germs?

Chicken bone broth with vegetables
Feeds 8:
1 Chicken worth of bones broken and giblets chopped/mashed
2 qt of cold tap water
1 bay leaf
1/4 cup salt
1/2 cup vinegar (any kind)
2 tbsp dill weed
1 tbsp cayenne pepper

Stir well then simmer at >150F surface temp with light bubbling (small burner preferred for higher center heat, particles in the broth should gently circulate on their own) for 12-24 hours, or until bones can be easily broken with two forks. Lid can be used to preserve heat, seems to have no effect otherwise.
Stir well every hour when convenient while simmering.

Remove heat and let rest and cool for 1 hour. Use slotted spoon to remove large bones.

Strain broth, ensure no bones, bay leaf, or other unwanted solids are in the broth.
Let stand and remove fat if desired here.

Add:
1 onion chopped
1 full stalk celery chopped
2 turnips chopped
4 beets chopped

Simmer 4-12 more hours depending on preferred vegetable tenderness, ready to serve. Keeps for over a month in the fridge.

I eyeball most of this so measurements might be off by a bit.
