I'm glad this thread exists because I have a genuine question. I saw a meme shared somewhere implying that "listening to the same song 200 times in a row" was an autism thing, and everyone seemed to agree (and this wasn't in one of those "tumblr self-diagnosed AuHD space" either).

That can't possibly be true, right? I mean, are there are really a lot of people out there who like a song and just listen to it once and then have a break until the next day? What's the point of liking a song if you don't listen to it 200 times in a row?

200 is hyperbole Im sure but I can listen to a song 3-5 times in a row. Of course I do this while spinning and pacing and eating dinosaur chicken nuggets.
