one, they usually smell. Really, really bad.
two, they're grotesque on both a physical level and something beyond, you realize "this is a person that doesn't take care of themselves, is a gluttonous waste of resources"
three, they tend to demand that others accommodate their idiotic life choices either with "STOP MAKING FUN OF ME" or "YOU NEED TO WIDEN THIS DOORWAY SO I CAN FIT MY FAT ASS THROUGH" or "WHERE IS MY POWER SCOOTER I CAN'T WALK 50 FEET WITHOUT RUNNING OUT OF BREATH"

I could hug a skinned beef carcass or hold someone's tumor in my ungloved hand, but even seeing a wet clump of drain hair or a big blob of canine eye boogers makes me gag.

Agree on wet hair clumps! Detached hair in general makes my stomach churn, especially in relation to food. 🤮🤮
For some reason cat hair is fine, I'm sure I've accidentally eaten a lot of cat hair human hair is repulsive.

And speaking of things in drains, I can't stand wet food in the sink. We don't have a garbage disposal so if I'm not careful enough about scraping food in the trash beforehand, the sink gets naaaaasty.
 
The mere thought of arteries and veins is enough to make me squeamish. Seeing blood in general unnerves me, but thinking about the way our blood travels through the body, and the idea of arteries getting damaged, either by clots or by some form of injection (this is why I hate needles; not because of the pain, but because of the way it has to stab into a vein that's carrying blood in order to have any effect), just instantly makes me sick to my stomach.
 
Baby Octopus as a food. I tried one once at an Asian restaurant in Florida and the head was full of strange innards that gooped in my mouth when I bit into it. Idk if it wasn't cleaned right or something but it was so fuckin nasty i almost threw up.
 
i just found a new one, over boileed eggs. and im noit talking boiled too long in the water, i was legit trying to whip up some boiled eggs but forgot how powerful my stove is at full blast and the water evaporated and so the eggs where left to burn in a hot pan. Now I have nothing to eat and the smell is awful! it's not as bad as rotten eggs but it's up there and did make me gag and almost vomit. Plus I think that pan is ruined now too or its at least gonna take some seious scrubbing to be usable again.
 
Seafood. I don't know why I suddenly developed a hatred of it. I used to eat quite a bit as a kid until one day I couldn't stand it anymore.
 
Constantly looking at the pile of worms that got flushed out of my stray cat to make sure everything was ok was not an enjoyable experience. It still makes me uncomfortable just thinking about it.
 
Vodka. I have no idea why it grosses me out so much, but I can't even smell the shit without it triggering my gag reflex and making me want to vomit. It smells like turpentine mixed with nasty old gym socks. Vile stuff.
