The guy is as slippery as a snake. He's a person that represents the worst of youtube trends as they happen, all of his opinions are clearly crafted to be what is popular and he's unprincipled but yet everybody praises him as some unbias news guru

His opinions are crafted to be what is popular and he's clearly struggling not to be full on anti-trump to the point where its clearly disingenuous. Alot of this is simply done through the stories he chooses to cover. He'll take on obscure stories and blow them up to make Trump or conservatism look bad and ignore stories that easily fit his "pedophilia is bad" shtick he always brings up because they make the Trump government look good. He says "I separate my opinion from the facts" but he just says that, he doesn't actually do it.

He recently called out youtubers for fake giveaways but yet did the same himself not even a year prior through dozens of videos starting with "like and share this video to be entered in a raffle" and talks about "oh man, I hate how corporate content is taking over youtube" but shills that content on his channel in every single video.

The people watching this guy now don't know who he was years ago and how much his persona has changed to suit a broader audience. He's embarrassed by the things he used to say, yes, because he was young and stupid and I'll give him that, but his primary concern is how his old persona would hurt his brand and his business nowadays, it has very little to do with his sense of morality.

Being an activist is the worst thing a judge can be, you want conservative judges who actually respect the law and don't try to abuse their position to change it.

Judges don't change the law, they rule it in violation of the Constitution. What trips people up like you is that the Constitution itself is law. The laws Congress and states and cities make are statutory law. The role of the judges in the US is to determine if a statutory law violates the Constitution. Laws get passed all the time that violate it. Also, the role of government is very generally spelled out in the Constitution. Laws and judicial rulings were supposed to fill in the details, and they have. Without judicial review, the Constitution is meaningless. And we have more rights than are spelled out in Bill of Rights. That would be courtesy of the 9th Amendment. So they're not making laws, they'll saying that when a law goes against something in the Constitution, it's invalid, which is their job. Again, look the UK where they don't have judicial review. They're banning fucking sharp knives, and it's illegal to hurt the feelings of terrorists. Know why you can blaspheme religion till you're blue in the face in the US? The First Amendment yes, but states and Congress have tried, to varying degrees to make hate speech illegal. It's been torpedoed every time thanks to the courts. Guess why California, or New York or one of the other liberal states hasn't outright banned private firearm ownership, despite the Second Amendment. Go on, guess.

A judge's interpretation of the law changes how that law is enforced, there are plenty of instances of this, but this is a very off-topic discussion.
 
People who post their politics on social media as if everyone they're friends with gives a shit or agrees with them. And this goes for both sides of the spectrum; I don't give a shit if your conservative or liberal, if I'm friends with you on Facebook, then most I don't give a shit about your politics, and I'd prefer it if you kept them to yourself.

I don't mind it so much here since I don't personally know the people on Kiwi Farms, but I despise it when I'm scrolling through Facebook, Instagram, or Snapchat and people are just posting about political shit. Instagram and Snapchat especially piss me off since those platforms aren't even made for political discussion, and yet I see people talking politics all the time.

If I wanted to discuss politics with someone, then I'd discuss politics with someone. Otherwise, keep it to yourself.

My biggest peeve is when I ask someone a yes/no question and get anything but yes or no as an answer. Bonus peeve points if they don't answer yes or no and give a totally off-topic answer instead.

I know this is all the rage now, but the people that say if you voted for a candidate or position they dislike - or against one they like - you're a subhuman unworthy of their friendship. So much for freedom of choice if it's not their preferred one. *sigh*
 
Elitists. Literally anyone that believes they're truly superior to anyone else for the most asinine reasons piss me off in the worst way possible. Especially if it's a trust fund babby that's never seen a hint of strife in their whole life.

Also people that just leave shit laying around in stores and excuse it by saying "it's their job to clean it up." Like nigga it's common courtesy how would you like it if somebody came to your job and fucked things over completely without a hint of remorse.
 
Improperly mixed audio on movies and TV. I'm sick of having to fuck around with the volume so I can hear the dialogue, but then have to jump to the remote when there is music or sound effects.

The justice system in general pisses me off. Rich people are allowed to use it as a bludgeon against poor people because they can't afford lawyers and so many decisions come down to the opinions of un-elected judges.

To add to this.

Early era (like 06-07) Blu Ray movies where the audio is solely mixed for surround sound, so playing a movie through TV speakers leads to really fucking loud sound effects and inaudible dialogue.
 
When a group of people, presumably friends, are standing around in the middle of a goddamn hallway and talking. Especially when people have to take turns moving around them, whether coming or going. Indian people fucking do this more than anyone, and I don't know if it's a cultural thing or what, but it's really goddamned annoying.
