Anyone else here think Nayolfa's music is shit? It has a low production value, it sounds like it's trying to be chiptune, and the mixing is bad. It's like a David Tanny instrumental.

This is pretty mediocre. Admittedly not terrible as I like the primary instrument choice for the melody, but any depth is really muddied because the background instruments are too similar sounding and too repetitive. The melody doesn't have a lot of focus, either.

Given how many good musicians there are for this fandom, this is kind of embarrassing.

This is pretty mediocre. Admittedly not terrible as I like the primary instrument choice for the melody, but any depth is really muddied because the background instruments are too similar sounding and too repetitive. The melody doesn't have a lot of focus, either.

Given how many good musicians there are for this fandom, this is kind of embarrassing.

Just keep in mind that that's the third time I messed around in FL Studio. My mixing was awful there and I only used the basics that were available to me on the program.

Since then I've added Kontact and some packs recommended to me by Radiarc. It'll be a long time before I get pretty good at making songs digitally. Anyways if I'm not busy soon, a should be able to finish a song I made a month ago that I'm pretty happy with.

Fair enough. To be honest, you have a concept of rhythm and melody so there's definite potential for improvement in your work. This is more than I can say for some fandom musicians. I look forward to hearing your next song so see what you can do with better tech.

He looks way too much into certain shows to try to fit whatever agenda he wants to spread. He has the mentality that kids are seriously going to try to imitate what fictional characters on TV say or do.
