have you ever tried therapy? it doesn't have to be one to one offline therapy there are online services available too
have you tried Discord or other places to find people with similar interests in music, film or gaming as you?
have you ever tried to move out? if your capable of the skills needed to have your own place why don't you get one?
have you tried applying for jobs that don't require many qualifications?
