Hello yes, Kiwi Farms, what is YOUR favorite kind of yogurt? I like Greek and Icelandic yogurt a lot lately because they're filling, but I think Kefir is best for your stomach. I've seen a lot of newer brands on the market lately but Oikos, Siggi's, and Icelandic Provisions are the 3 main brands I get.

Try buying a half gallon of milk and any small yogurt and make it yourself. Stupid easy with an Instant Pot, but can be made with ghetto quality equipment as well.

Greek/Turkish yogurt is top tier, when it's not faked by adding corn starch. I need to figure out a good way to strain homemade yogurt.

Greek is fine and I do eat it every so often, but I prefer the regular kind. Will add berries or a bit of Cool Whip if I have any.

I've pretty much conquered my sweet tooth with plain Greek yogurt mixed with a small spoon of almond butter and a lot of blueberries. That will just be my lunch sometimes. It's delicious.

One time I made yogurt myself, it became mega-solid, could tip the pan upside down and it would stay put.

I love any yogurt as long as it has honey in it tbh, greek yogurt is the best tho

The Icelandic stuff is really good, a bit on the sour side from what I've had but like a blackberry kind of sour. I've been seeing it pop up more in grocery stores, highly recommend if you're not a fan of sweet yogurt, if you do like the sweeter stuff just add some honey or fruit it's good either way.

I recently came across something about drinking kefir lowering blood pressure, so I've taken to keeping a bottle in the fridge and taking a swig every morning and evening. Actually noticed a difference in my numbers between months.

Just annoyed.that the only places that regularly have plain kefir are Aldi and the expensive organic market..

Hangop is the levelled-up and best form of yoghurt.
1. Take yoghurt.
2. Pour into a cheese towel or regular kitchen towel over a bowl or colander and let it drain for about 8 hours.
3. After that you should have about half the original product and it's soft and silky-smooth.
4. Eat with fruit or alone.

Regular yoghurt and Greek are good too. Skyr is too much for me, I always need to sweeten it.

Greek and Icelandic are great and have lots of protein, but sometimes the texture is too heavy and I get sick of eating it after a while.
Lately my go-to has been plain Brown Cow yogurt with cream on top, which I'll top with granola and honey or jam.
