The Venture Brothers

Publick has called him Scare-Bear in the commentary. Is murder-bear his real name? If so, kinda sucks. Dumb name.

So while I was just picking my jaw up from the floor, and thinking about the episode, this thought came to me:
it REALLY seemed like after Dean got out all the messed up stuff he did to Hank(some of which was hilarious), he was finally comfortable hating his brother. He even flat out said I hate you. After this he kind of comes to terms with his conflicting feelings about Hank, but then Hank abandons him. Also Dean mentions something about Hank wearing a batsuit. I will absolutely sound insane, but I think Dean is actually Murder Bear, and that Dean and Hank will be the next iteration of The Monarch and Rusty , who we found out were related.
It sounded more like Dean was jealous of Hank. It did imply he was gonna go look for him.

The ending with the Monarch? Once they showed the outside of the space station, I knew they were gonna tell him. Would have been great if we heard Rusty too, but I still laughed my ass off.

i agree with you, but my previous statement still stands. I think it’s just a combination of all of that, sorry for the piss poor wording. I also find it odd that they said related by blood but didn’t specify brothers.

Jonas likely just made several clones at once, and Rusty and The Monarch are two copies from the same batch.

Now I'm wondering if Jonas ever thought to clone himself. He might have been too proud to do it, but then maybe not.

No, he cucked Blue Morpho, that one was heavily implied.
Wasn't it theorized that the reason Rusty's memory is so bad is because he was cloned? And Monarch supposedly doesn't remember ever hanging out with Rusty as a kid...

He fucked his wife, yeah. Between that and the young Rusty and Malcolm, who are clearly are either the same age or very close, is something else. Because the Red Helper admits Rusty is a clone, they'd either have to be the same age, or the cloned Rusty would have had to have been a slug for quite a while to match up to age comparably with Monarch. Ben, when he gets of Dean in the Halloween episode, is interested in seeing how a slug has progressed into teenage years. Because Ben knew Rusty was a clone all along and was still fascinated by the process, it makes more sense to assume both Rusty and Monarch were likely born from the same process as opposed to a Rusty slug coincidentally growing up as roughly the same age as Monarch, who survived the plane crash that killed his parents and is likely the same individual.

He didn't, he had intended to disable Morpho and place his mind in his body with Billy's help until he and Rusty had restarted the cloning program to get his own slug body ready. He had no back-ups.

No one remembers every little thing that made them upset as a kid, so I highly doubt the Monarch was ever cloned.

Or the timeline got fucked and Doc and Jackson forgot what happened when, kind of like in Avatar where Kiyoshi lived to be 270 because they messed up the timeline.

I'm pretty bummed that we'll probably have to wait a few more years to see what will happen with Jonas's head. Here's hoping that it'll be worth the weight AUGH YEAH

Here's a silly thought that probably doesn't match up with the timeline and more than likely doesn't make any sense, but it's an amusing what-if:

What if Bobbi St. Simone changed her name to Sheila and became a supervillain?

Dammit, @KillThemCrackasBabies . I'll be honest, I've disagreed with most of your viewpoints, like comicsgate and all that shit, but I really think you might be onto something here. I guess we'll find out in like 5 years.

This thought hit me sometime this afternoon, which might be a small plothole as it pertains to the developments of Season 7.

If Rusty is a clone, and presumably died at least a few times like the boys have, does that mean that Jonas Jr. was cloned along with him? Would a Rusty clone slug also have a fetal JJ living inside of it? And how could Jonas Sr. not have noticed?

That isn't *necessarily* a plot hole. If the original Rusty had absorbed Jonas Jr. in the womb, then it stands to reason that a full clone of his DNA would also have that absorbed DNA inside of it. Frankly speaking, that *must* be what happened if Rusty was cloned.

or maybe they were both clones and Rusty just absorbed him in the tube.

Does anybody know the name of that fun upbeat song the show sometimes uses? I can't seem to find it anywhere. It was most recently used in Dr. Z's makeover montage.
