The Twitch DMCA Saga (Three Times Resilient!)

I would've at least found out what he wanted before giving him the LIMB, if only to be seen being a better person than he is. But Phil isn't a better person, it never even occurs to him to try looking like one, ever, so he just LIMBs his twin and moves on like he just won.

Don't approve of the tactics being used, and I won't miss SH one bit when he slinks back into the shadows, but it has been interesting to see the difference in Phil's behavior when he really does have an actual opponent, as opposed to an imaged one.

The only job Phil will be able to get with his experience will be entry level retail, and it’s going to be fucking hilarious when the Zoomers he works with find out who he is.

He’s literally going to be a 50 year old droopy faced fatass working at the mall getting shit on by a bunch of teenagers all day.

LOLOLOL!

“I did nothing wrong dood! I had to reset the automated checkout machine cause itsa piece of shiat! A real steaming turd dood! The people that build these machines are faacking idiots. They may be booksmart, but they know NOTHING about retail!”

“Sir, neither I nor the state of Washington really need to know the exact circumstances of why you got fired, it’s just a simple yes/no question. Now, could we get back to filling out the unemployment papers?”

"it’s just a simple yes/no question."
This is a little off-topic, but it would be absolutely hilarious to see Phil squirm on a witness stand if he actually has to testify in some sort of criminal/civil proceeding. He'd be given specific instructions to keep his answers short and concise, yes or no, shut his damn yap. After his attorney (likely court appointed, because he's bankrupt dood!) gets done lobbing him a bunch of softballs to make himself look like a saint...comes the cross.

He'd go into full pigsplain mode at the slightest question and his attorney would shake their head and pull pure grain alcohol from their briefcase and start chugging.

Phil can't help himself and is compelled to over-explain fuckin' EVERYTHING.

seriously what is the point of his pre-streams. is it just so he has time to get all his autism swaying out of the way?
A couple months ago he skipped prestream because he had to make his sauce. His chat "went wild" and there were people posting memes and trolling.

The hour long prestream is in place so his audience can unwind and chill because Phil thinks his average viewer has so much ADHD that they need an hour to calm down before watching him.

He might not be wrong considering its HIS AUDIENCE. Who watches him ?

No, the prestream does not help calm down his little spergs.

The chat is retarded and spazzed out the entire time.

Phil's prestream is for Phil to talk about himself, his opinions, and what he is planning on doing. This is why he likes it.

If its a public-facing job, it would be only a matter of time before someone recognizes him (IT'S THE GUY). He would most likely choose something in the off-hours (security, janitorial, etc). There's also call-centers, but Phil isn't technical nor does he have customer service skills. Lastly, there's the off-chance someone will hire him just for the novelty, like some retro game store.

Imagine during dinner one day you get a call and answer it to find not only is it a telemarketer, but the telemarketer is aggressively snorting and clearing his throat at you.

You should check out his Twitch chat sometime. It’s a fascinating well of autism that 2/3s of the time seems to consist only of trolls and trolls pretending to be fans.

There are fans there too I’m sure, but whenever I’ve been there users knew that Phil sucks at games and are there too chill, point and laugh.

Lolol! Imagine Phil doing a T pose on the witness stand, followed by “I did nothing wrong, ok? *SNORT*”

@Sparkletor 2.0 is right, Lord Philip likes to hold court. The current prestream iteration makes more sense in this regard because he gets to give hot takes about the news - I'm not sure why he was so reluctant to start to do this, but he is likely feeling confident now that there is less going around about him (bankruptcy docs), so he can finger-wag freely and shut that down as 'dragging up the past' rather than it being current news.

Money is the other component though. He used to say the plugs were important to make sure everyone knows how to contribute, but we've known this to be a lie for the entire time that he did it - it's the same gang of wheelchair autists there consistently, and !tip gets spammed in the chat. However, the longer he stalls the prestream, the more money he makes. Before the vest goal, this was vital because it frequently netted the entirety of his tips for the stream, with only a few dollars trickling in during gameplay. This is also why the bathroom break was deliberately installed before gameplay - it was initially a stall used when tips were too low to merit starting gameplay (under $20, specifically), and then it just became the norm as Phil realized he just always gets more money if he uses it to stall.

Also of note from today:
Narrative.PNG
Phil has already begun to memoryhole this crisis and shut down any discussion that is not directly from him (currently the victim narrative that he is behind in gameplay). This is going to be crucial for the upcoming tax begging because he made too much money in tips over this weekend, and there has been no permanent ramifications because he has clearly cucked out and has opted not to follow up with Twitch (or leave).

Therefore, it needs to be left at 'Phil lost money' and not discussed. In one month, the whole thing can be framed as a loss of income, the wheelchairs will have forgotten, and the wallets will be ready to open for tax begging. To clarify, I don't think Phil is a mastermind, I think he's a retard based on how he handled this, but I do think he is aware that people know that he just got a boatload of tips on top of a wave of gifted subs, and he needs that to be forgotten so he can get a big payday.

Unless Superhound fires up the BBQ again, his name is probably going on the banned words list and this topic will be a 'ban on sight' order issued to the mods in the... not... Discord... chat...

There is something really profound about how good Phil is at milking his fans. The prestream also ties into that by driving out any new viewers who aren't receptive enough to Phil piledriving the same information into their heads like Zangief.

"WHU- NO 360 CAHM AHN ACKACKACK"
I don't see how anyone could ever think phil is smart. He's not smart, he's lucky. He tries so hard to turn every situation into him being a victim of da trolls. That's what he's selling. He's not selling "live streaming content and services", he's selling his pathetic narrative and the spergs eat it all up.

It also gives him a leg-up on crushing as much perceived opposition, constructive criticism, & non dickriding as he can manage, then being a tough guy as soon as he has secured that they can't respond, before he squints at his tv & continues to suck donkey dick at being alive for as small an amount of time as possible.

Does he get donations during his rambling prestreams? I figured most of it comes in while he’s actually playing games but not sure

Neither his electronic welfare payments nor the plebs that tender them live on any kind of a schedule. Especially not since he started playing dress-up for alms.

I'm sure it sees trends, but this retard even gets handouts chucked into his digital tin cup on his days off.

By my standards, that's all the time.
