Imagine if the hiatuses are just as, if not more common than they were for the original webcomic. It's funny, so much of what I discuss in The Tumblr Files can be linked back to Homestuck, and once that fizzled out, the fans of that latched onto other things (I.E. Undertale and Hazbin Hotel).
I'm sure this will at least be popular with the teen girls who just got off watching Foamy the Squirrel on Newgrounds.com while signing a bring back Invader Zim petition wearing Jack Skellington hoodies and Happy Tree Friends tube socks purchased from Hot Topic during an Emily the Strange Buy 1 Get 1 50% Off sale where they discovered Serenity Rose from Slave Labor Graphic Comics while their over-bearing but loving fathers restrict them from going to the My Chemical Romance/Limp Bizkit concert with 5 years older than them boyfriends that constantly IM unsourced stolen Pon and Zi comic art over 56k modem American Online trial discs on myspace.com with a top 8 consisting of Tim Burton, Jack Sparrow, Eminem, Jesus Christ, and any angsty band that's the new thing on Disney Adventures magazine and spend all day filling out 'What Kingdom Hearts character are you?' quizzes only to complain they didn't get Riku and are unable to watch the 2003 MTV music awards because their deadbeat older brothers are always hogging the living room TV playing Tony Hawk's Underground on their Halo Edition transparent-green Xboxes using third-party MadCatz airflow controllers with busted analog sticks that are constantly leaning to the right, making anti-semetic remarks on how Eric stole their Wicked McTwist over the helicopter in Hawaii footage.
