The waiters/waitresses and people at the restaurants they frequent probably know her and Becky by now. They see her and they automatically know she ordering the 50 piece chicken nuggets. Deep down they feel guilty when they hand her the food like giving her drugs and helping her get to 600 pounds.

That's 4.16lbs a month. I'm 5'6 and in the last month I've gone from 140 to 134, just to put into perspective how ridiculous it is for AL to have that goal.

Amber doesn't want Becky cooking for her because she wants to know what's in her food. Okay, well, how about you ask Becky what ingredients she's using or, better yet, watch her? I also don't see why they can't each cook for themselves. I'd be insulted if I were Becky. Amber eats out all the time. She has no idea what's being put into her food, but I guess she trusts strangers preparing her food over her own girlfriend. Then again, Becky is pretty damn stupid if she honestly trusts that her 500 pound girlfriend is an expert on healthy cooking and weight loss.

I just shook my head when Amber said Becky doesn't know how to cook healthy when Amber cooks nothing but tube turkey and pasta or "chili". Heating up veggie tots ain't cooking, not even when it has a side of overcooked veg Amber left on stove for 20 minutes.

Does she think it's healthy cooking because she gets organic spinach? Who knows.
