It means high blood sugar. I'm not sure about if that specifically refers to causing diabetes but their blood sugar levels sky-rocket after hormone blockers. It also mention hypoglycemia, low blood sugar.

Hyperglycemia will have the same effect on a person as uncontrolled diabetes. Excess glucose in the blood damages the nerves, the kidney's, the heart, strongly promotes UTI's (since the excess sugar ends up in the urine) increases the risk of spontaneous sepsis, etc... It can also promote insulin resistance because the body tries to bring the blood sugar levels down unsuccessfully.

I'm certain most people remember Sharkboy, the guy who probably developed a recto-neovaginal fistula. That's another one of the greatest hits with post-op troons. Can't find the original post featuring him.
I've also read a story of a post-op who got pounded in the AM HOLE so bad his cavity ruptured and died after developing some nasty shit - air got into his chest cavity and sepsis due to peritoneal infection. Can't remember where I've read it, though.

There have been several case reports of "neovaginas" rupturing from "intercourse" and the individual either suffering severe long term physical harm and consequences or indeed dying from overwhelming infection.

Wanted to add- high blood sugar must mean either some sort of insulin resistance or lack of insulin secretions. If the body is unable to absorb the glucose into the cells for long enough, it will start producing ketones for energy through breaking down the fat in your body. This results in ketoacidosis, which essentially kicks off a landslide of horrible symptoms if left untreated.

PL but insulin dependent diabetes is absolutely awful and it's monstrous to increase anyone's odds of developing diabetes IMO. Trannies visit endocrinologists for their hormone treatments and it sounds incredibly insidious to me that these hormone treatments can also lead to diabetic symptoms. Almost like ensuring they'll remain a patient of the endo, one way or another

How about teaching people coping skills to help them deal with unpleasant truths instead of reinforcing their delusions with medically unnecessary and life-threatening "treatments?"

I bet nobody in their lives has tried telling these people, "Sorry, but medical science can't change you into a woman. It's okay that you're gay and you can cross-dress if it makes you feel good, but chemically preventing puberty and surgically turning your dick inside-out will destroy its sensitivity and make you unable to enjoy sex. You'll become suicidally miserable if it doesn't kill you from infection or other complications first. You can never be a real woman with a real vagina, but if you stay alive long enough, maybe someday you'll meet a power top who likes femboys and live happily ever after."

That has a better chance to help some troubled gay teens who are on the fence about getting the snip than encouraging them to permanently ruin their lives. If you provide them with real hope for something that might actually happen (a relationship with a masculine gay who's attracted to feminine gays) instead of false hope for something that can never possibly happen, (becoming a real woman) they at least have a chance of getting some of what they want out of life instead of being condemned to a gross, miserable death with no chance of happiness whatsoever.

pretty much everyone has seen those fuckin nasty pictures from the gay updoot site about this shit, one of the worst medical issues I have heard of is the stories of MtF being able to take a literal dump out of their hehole and how the foul thing reeks of feces at all hours and stays dribbling pus and getting catastrophically infected because it is a literal open wound the body does not want or need ever

There are scores and scores of threads I don't bother to read either because I don't give a shit or because I know the shitposting on the thread will annoy me (Make fun of everyone else's issues, but don't make fun of mine!). So to add to my prior comments about what it's like to live with a Lupron implant (which is what children on the inaccurately named "puberty blockers" do), here are some other side effects that the person close to me endures:
1. Severe, crushing, aching muscle fatigue
2. Occasional devastating migraines
3. Drenching hot flashes that are accompanied by a horrid sense of dread
4. Inability to build or maintain muscle; tendency to gain weight no matter how low the calorie intake
5. Vitamin D deficiency
6. Joint immobility and pain and
7. Increased emotional instability and depression - perhaps not surprising given the above, but still greater in degree than at any time in the past.
There are other impacts that you can probably guess at but we don't need to go into those here.

It was realizing that children were being placed on Lupron that first led me to question the transgender "cause." At first I rationalized the impact or figured that perhaps the medical side effects were okay given the trade-off, but as time went on I became more and more concerned about what this must be doing to children as they develop. This just can't possibly be okay.
