I’ve wondered this as well. I’ve been able to track down a few MtF neovag photos thanks to kiwifarms but the FtM armpenis seems to be undocumented. I haven’t been able to find a photo of one anywhere, probably because it’s a much less common surgery.

Edit: nvm, just found some images of post-op FtM frankenpenis on some surgeons website and it’s nsfl.
