Yeah bowed instruments are pretty cool.

See those swooshy holes to each side of the bridge? Those are called F holes, and there's a thing called a sound post inside there that holds up the bridge and helps vibration transfer through (which you set with a sound post tool).
So if you ever meet a lady who plays violin/cello tell her you'd like to slide your sound post tool into her F hole. Trust me.
