I'm not exactly into the Ghibli style much but the fact this style trend alone probably exploded AI interest by huge numbers will probably mean more profit for AI companies and more fuel for anti-AI users to use to legitimize their already legitimized points about AI. I know my Twitter feed will probably be full of both supporters of the Ghibli trend and ones against it. Obviously knowing that site, along with Bluesky, we know which ones will get the bigger support.
