The answer is structurally simple, but not easy to realize: Ever since the leftists took over feminism, it was no longer about women, but about utilizing them as useful idiots. It was basically exclusively about the destruction of the Western, white world and its replacement by refugees, migrants, blacks, latinos, whoever happens to be there.
If I retrospectively look at what I have been intensively reporting on gender studies since 2012, this "quality is a myth", and the stupidification of the universities I've been describing since 1998, and what is happening and going on today, then all of that seems like a preparation act for migration and replacement, as if everything has been prepped so quotas are everywhere, people are "represented", the performance and competence requirements were brought to zero.
It seems to me as if they only enforced diversity and quotas to ease society, the "discourse", into no longer the best getting into high positions, but people according to shares of the population, unconditional regarding performance and ability.
Did you notice that the gender craze according to which men can declare themselves to be women and the large migration wave since 2015 are almost at the same time?
It seems as if they needed the women to push women's quotas, and then they dissolved women again so only quotas and a lack of requirements remained. As if they utilized women as a mold to cast a societal negative shape of them in which they fit precisely, and then chemically dissolved it so only the negative shape stays and someone else can sit in there.
Did you notice that, first, they set up equality officers everywhere for women, so that women don't get "disadvantaged", then they got rebuilt into gender officers, and now it's about migrants not being disadvantaged? That a Mohammed does not get treated worse in a job application than a Mathias?

They told them that they would be enforcing some advantages for them, and they immediately followed along like kids followed the Pied Piper. During my working life, I have witnessed countless women who claimed that they're not feminists and thought feminism was stupid - and, with a grin, immediately were in line when there were any feminist discounts. Quotas. Jobs they weren't qualified for. And so on.
Women can be bought. You can buy them in Africa by paying in cattle and sheep (I have been advised not to use goats, because then they talk too much). It seems ridiculous to us. But here too, women can be bought - you can buy them by promising them benefits. You just need to tell them such things that they get cheaper car insurance because they're better drivers and get into fewer accidents - and immediately you've got them in the bag, they will do anything without criticism.
