It depends. In most cases? Cohabitation is fine. However, if you aren't careful about monitoring your Pooner's T intake they can develop breeding kink syndrome, and then you have to worry about unexpected Poonlets to take care of.

Anyway.

Spoiler: The Common North American L'il Dood

The Common North American L'il Dood has an average height at adulthood of 3' at the head. Similar to the Micropooner, they give boibirth to live young, but in this case litters are smaller, with 3 poonlets being considered an especially large litter. Much like the micro, a L'il Dood will at birth only have their self harm and mastectomy scar patterns, not developing the distinctive phallo until after their poonsack, which in this case will occur after a month.

Unlike the Micro, the L'il Dood can learn anywhere from 500 to 1000 words, in addition to their cry of Dood. Feeding and T are similar, but scaled up for size. It is suggested that you have a room reserved for a L'il Dood, provided with enrichment opportunities like very light (no more than a pound) weights and preferably, unrestricted access to Twitter, tumblr, and Reddit.

A L'il Dood will only poonsack once in their lifetime, however they continue to produce poonslime and "free bleed". Therefor, Poonpads need to be set up for cleanliness purposes. If a L'il Dood shows an unwillingness to go on the pad? Threatening to dock their Phallo can usually correct this behavior. Also, owners should be on the lookout for excess poonslime secretion as it can be a precursor to Cementing Syndrome, during which poonslime buildup will seal the Poon shut and continued production will rapidly prove lethal without medical intervention.

An interesting note is that Micros and L'il doods compete in the wild for food, validation, and T. However in captivity? A L'il Dood needing extra validation, or a Micro colony showing IWNBAM snydrome? Can often be helped by an introduction to the other. You will have to carefully explain to the L'il Dood that the Micros need "his" help to "Get there", and that it's his job as a "heckin valid boi" to do it. The L'il Dood gains validation, and the Micros gain a goal that will cause them to become more active.

A potential concern with the L'il Dood is breeding kink syndrome, where due to low T levels or in some cases, excess T? They will either attempt to breed with any available partner, or insert objects into their poon. If they are attempting to insert their phallo, docking is often the only option which can be costly in the case of a rare phallo pattern. However, a variety of multicolored packy bois can alleviate distress and still provide a visual distinctness to the L'il Dood. If they are inserting foreign objects or attempting to constantly be boipreggers, bolting a L'il Dood shut is a procedure easily and cheaply done at any vet's office, and if their levels get back under control, easily reversible.

With proper care and feeding, a L'il dood will live anywhere from 10 to 15 years.

When septum rings are that big, not only does it look silly AF, it changes the shape of the nose (at least when the jewelry is in). Nice double-chin hiding profile pose too. I would unironically probably get one at this point.

Back in the crazy days of flash games, someone would have likely made a Pooner flash game or two. Or some animation.
Still debating how to differentiate between the two types of quadruped pooners. Might just do the fullbody next, but I know that's the exotic a bunch of folks here are excited for.
