The Padded Room - A thought experiment

Let’s say one day Null decided to do something he’d never do and create a board specifically designed for mentally ill threads where you may be allowed to share any thought no matter how illegal and glowing it may be. What would the self regulatory capacity be of these users? Would they burn the brightest and fastest before being vaned or would they thrive given an instinct of survival.
