Wait a second. Bowles vs Morris? Tomlin vs Glenn? Four out of the five black head coaches played a black coach Week 1. Was this an attempt by the NFL to ensure half of black coaches would start the season with a losing record? I need Reverend Sharpton Kaepernick on this one.

There is zero chance of this being a coincidence. They rigged the schedule so they could show games with two black head coaches for all the opening week hype. I need to take a look at the schedule to check out the holiday games. They're going to do this more often, you just watch.

And the black national anthem played before the Cowgirls/Eagles game. NFL still acting like Biden is still in office, or something stupid like that.

Most Anthems are terrible these days from the ones I've heard. Nearly every team hires some shitty artist who has to make it all about themselves rather than singing the damn thing.

Well, my fantasy is doing alright. My gaping hole is the TE position (thank you Jonnu Smith today) and my retarded flex picks (I put Pacheco instead of J. Meyers).
Luckily, my opponent started both Devonta Smith and AJ Brown, so my week 1 win is solidified. Pack smoke.
As I was typing this, my favorite Texans suicide bomber/terrorist/linebacker just took my WR1 (Puca) out of the game for a possible concussion. I am conflicted.
EDIT: He is apparently back on the sidelines, thank god.

If you told me the best game of the week was gonna be Steelers/Jets, I would have walked past you like a bum on the street. What a nice surprise.
Go Texans yipee yipee my O-line doesn't look super awful this year. As I typed this, Kerse just sacked my young king from a 2 and 4 into like a 3rd and 15, so maybe not great either.
EDIT: We still can't handle a blitz, but we aren't losing against 4 man pass rushes so I'm happy. Progress.
EDIT 2: Two injuries, the OLINE has fallen, Defcon1 playbook must be enabled Mr Ryans. Jake Andrews just got carted off :cryblood:

Cowboys don't look terrible, Dolphins have shit the bed, and the Jets are reborn. Welcome to 2025!

Big win for the Packers. Defense looks fucking great. Offense got off to a hot start and did enough in the fourth to close it out. Packers had to come out and get a big win against a division opponent after going 1-5 last year.
And right as I'm tying this Parsons gets his first sack! Yes!

The drive was going so well, TexBros.
The pain is too much, defense played so well when it mattered, Chubb went beast mode at the end...
We have truly lost today.

One of the better takes I’ve seen about this years Lions - their Roster is probably fine, assuming they can stay healthy this year, but losing both their Offensive and Defensive coordinators is probably going to Fuck Them.

Their only silver lining is that they’re in the same Division as the Bears. They can’t be THAT bad.
The only grace I can give them is the fact that they lost a key piece on the offensive line (Frank Ragnow) including 2023 Jonah Jackson so trying to create a scheme for a new offensive coach is probably a struggle but jesus christ they were pounding the ball and it did fuck all for them. Also seems like OC doesn't want Goff flinging it down the field
