Michael Jordan and Charlotte higher-ups saw the upturn late last season and knew they had to do something. God forbid the Hornets actually make the playoffs for once.
Trade doesn't make any sense for Charlotte. I can only see three real possibilities

1. LaMelo wanted out and saw what happened with JB's social media adventure so he just told the FO quietly. (this actually seems unlike him, but who knows)
2. Charlotte's medical staff started sounding the alarm that his transformation into Lorenzo was imminent.
3. Yes, Charlotte's FO really is that dumb.

I didn't think much about why they drafted a guard on night 1. But now, it's clear that they want to build around Kon

It's never been more over, this iteration of the wolves is done. TRADE THAT BUM NIGGA RANDLE
We offloaded his sorry ass thank god lol

And not sure how I feel about the Ball trade. On one hand he should pair good with Gobert, on the other his durability is questionable and he's missed a lot of games. They may have got us with a sell high situation and fucked the Wolves to a degree

I don't know what Connelly is cooking. It's clear being the anti-Jokic team is not winning any chips so I get swinging for something that can keep up with the Spurs/Thunder but the trade is concerning even if Ball lives up to his potential as a decent second scorer and facilitator. There is a high chance the injury prone retard does some shit or gets hurt early that sends the Twolves down the Bucks current track, except they never won a ring.

Giannis to Miami: does not compute. How will he and Bam function as the 1st and 2nd options on the team? Norman Powell can be a good pairing with Giannis but he is no spring chicken. Just doesn't seem like a real needle mover for the Heat or for Giannis, he will be in the same boat he was in with Milwaukee 3 years ago. Bucks got a good haul in return.

Charlotte and Minnesota: two lolcow franchises that will never achieve shit. Not that LaMelo is a championship type player anyway but they really had something rolling at the end of last season, so naturally they blow it the fuck up. Minnesota's position is more understandable but I think Naz Reid is worth more than LaMelo. He may prove me wrong, who knows.

On Caitlin Clark: is she a huge bitch behind the scenes or something? Because none of her teammates stand up for her. I get that the black lesbian mafia that runs the WNBA is probably not a big fan of her but there seems to be more to it. Lauren Jackson never had issues like this to my knowledge, she was a white Australian and never an out lesbian (although I think she is one).

Thanks I 100% agree
