Pretty good series. It discusses some of the strategies police use and there are a few interesting cases (including at least one school shooter).

Quite a few of the cases you're probably already familiar with but its nice that the creator has put all the relevant clips together in one place.

There is some narration but its not overbearing and lets the recordings of the interrogations speak for themselves (for the most part). The analysis doesn't really cut up the footage too much and uses stuff like captions so its well done.

Keep in mind that the circumstances play a big role here. Being in a room with a person of absolute, unavoidable authority is different from a McDonald's shift manager doing it to his fry cook for example. In the latter case, the fry cook can just tell his manager to fuck off and leave his job.


This is a video that's entertaining and really showcases how police officers think in these situations, they typically don't bring anyone to an interrogation unless they have a strong possibllity of being the perp:
