For pivots, I like that lock oil with teflon in it that comes in a little pen applicator. Its good for fishing reels too,Gun oil works best.

I usually use Houdini lock lube, which is basically brake cleaner but with a dry film lubricant mixed in. Great product.Here's one of the best lubricants you can get. No oils or liquids involved that may collect dust and pocket debris. If you have key locks on cattle gates in dust storm country this is what you use.
TBF most old school folks just use a carpenters pencil to lube the key and lock.
