So I wanted to compare two cultures.
China does have a problem with open deification, but its mostly children. Its usually tolerated for a kid to pee in a bush, its considered a lower class and country thing to do but its usually tolerated in that you won't be arrested but people might same you. My first day visiting I actually saw this, which was a little kid popped out from behind a bush who was taking a leak and scream "Foreigner, Mom, Foreigner." If an adult is caught its either a few hundred dollar fine or even jail if the cop decides he hates you, meaning they charge you as a pervert and you spend two weeks in jail.
India on other hand, I've never had to visit, coworker did. His first day, grown man shitting in front of a primary school. No one seemed bothered by it.
