I dont follow. What do they mean can't "use" images that seem to be of kids? Like, are they trying to upload it and it is getting flagged somewhere or what? Is this some weird fucked up english saying that they can't find it? Or they can't "use" AI to generate it?
Or is it that the search leads to an Indian guy explaining how to generate CSAM with AI? My guess is this one, but im not keen on finding out first hand.

Edit: one more thing, I'm fairly tech illiterate, but I remember Josh talking about how CSAM pictures can be "hashed" or geometrically analysed so web servers can instantly flag media as CSAM, without having the originals, just a list of code.
Could the same be done with a human face? Could you force AI companies to deny use of underage faces, or even have an "opt out" list of Hashed Faces which will never be used?
I'll try to explain what hashing is, it's basically creating an identifier for something. Say you want to has a large number. A (bad) toy hash algorithm would be to add multiply all the nonzero digits together and then take the the final digit of that. So for 128 that would come to 1*2*8 = 16, making the hash 6. And this algorithm is deterministic meaning 128 always hashes to 6. If you change one digit to make your number 129 your hash value changes to 8. But a completely unrelated number like 23 also hashes to 6, this is called a collision, meaning it is impossible to reproduce the original number of 128 from the has input.
But for a real secure hash algorithm the numbers are extremely large and don't have any patterns and collisions are infinitesimally rare. Let's pretend our previous algorithm was like this and that certain numbers are illegal. You don't want users uploading them to your website, but you also don't want to learn what the illegal numbers are and store them in your database. But a trusted source can then tell you that 6 is the hash belonging to an illegal number, and with from that you can't recreate the number 128 but you can tell it is illegal when someone tries to upload it to your website
And you can do the same thing with an image since it's just a string of binary numbers. But the issue there is that like with the digit changing example, you change 1 pixel in the image and the hash becomes completely unrelated making it undetectable again. There is a service websites use called PhotoDNA that hashes parts of the image rather than individual pixels keeping the hash value in tact after some minor edits, that's what I assume you were referring to, but say the same exact photo from a different angle wouldn't be detectable there.
The more complicated task of taking an image that hasn't already been flagged as illegal and saying "This is a human. This a child. This is sexual" would be more of a machine learning task, and big websites now typically have that kind of ai system in place as well but it's not as reliable and can produce false positives

This was also tied into "Progressive" Leftism taking hold of the pillars of our culture, such as education and entertainment, and forcing Pinko Communist "multicultural" globalism down our throats. The great "we're a nation of immigrants" and "diversity is our strength" lies began in earnest and poisoned our cultural mythology. And then came the push to view racism and nationalism as the greatest evils. Now we have not only been forced to "welcome" in primitive shitskins who share nothing of our values or culture and have no desire of becoming American, but we are also forced to financially support them through welfare and other taxpayer funded benefits while they offer NOTHING of value in return for society, show no respect for our values or cultural norms, drive up our crime rates, violate our laws (and our young girls and women), drive down our wages for the few who do work, and leech off our finite resources like housing and medical care.
Oh, and let's not forget the fact that America's entire industrial capacity was off-shored to "developing" countries like India and China. At the end of World War Two the US made HALF of everything manufactured in the entire world. Fucking HALF. Fifty percent. Our industrial might was such that we provided beans, bullets, bombs, bombers, firearms, tanks, artillery, trucks, ships, and everything else for not only ourselves, but also all our allies including the Soviets. We went from less than five aircraft carriers when Japan bombed Pearl Harbor to DOZENS by the end of the war, not to mention the battleships, cruisers, destroyers, and other ships built during the war. Literally hundreds of ships were built by us during WWII. Thousands of aircraft of all types. Thousands of tanks, trucks, jeeps, and artillery. Millions of weapons of all types from pistols all the way up to anti-tank recoilless weapons. Now? We're a fucking joke because we allowed it to be given away to ungrateful shitskins so their countries "can have the same opportunity we did to modernize and be successful".
So fuck off with the bullshit. No one is buying it. Shitskins are ruining America and the rest of the West. White people built the modern world, and browns are destroying it. If they were capable of even a fraction of what Whites and Real Asians have accomplished then they wouldn't need to flood the West "looking for a better life". They would have already built that better life for themselves in their own homes.
The thing with India is that despite everything it is not a homogeneous country, they have hundreds of pajeet subcultures, languages and religions on top of their very strict caste system which further divides their society.
