Im actually inclined to believe this. The majority of Indians that actually manage to make their way to America/Canada are usually higher caste jeets and bring their caste mentality with them. They see whites as lower caste so they do this kind of shit all the time. I got started with 8gigs of vram which is enough for SDXL and illustrious. The barrier for entry is an ok gaming PC and a little bit of know how which is too much for most Indians. The main piece of tech they use are their smart phones, unless it is brain dead easy for them to download and use an app they will not bother.
