Most Brazilians are like any other poor country aiming for civilization. They might have the wrong politics or ideas, but they want it and act like that in general. Even footage of the favelas during raids show it to be mostly clean.
Less so that it crops up, moreso that low verbal and functional intelligence precludes legalistic argumentation.
You'll notice this in fights between certain groups, eg: white trash or progressive students seeing a pro-life sign. Just before the fists fly, they'll run out of verbal arguments, which aren't very intelligible beyond just insults. Once the words fail, they cannot help but resort to violence. They cannot understand why someone doesn't hold the same view point, and so do not see a path to reason, only to force.
You can't have a society that values and respects legal concepts beyond honor/izzat/face/etc when that society is not mentally equipped to reason, or have an external theory of mind, or anything else that many Westerners take for granted. The results of corruption in the Indian legal system is a symptom of this. You have the Westminster legal/political system imposed by the British, run by the few capable Indian graduates the system can produce, trying to run a society that did eat breakfast this morning.
You'd have the same result if you took the Huns and dropped them into the Roman senate. They don't have the capacity to function there, they rely on kinship and clan rule for a reason. It took a gigantic period of time and much cultural/religious/educational enforcement for the West to achieve that, over thousands of years, and it didn't begin to uplift the majority until the public schooling era, and we still have white trash.

Today I walked into the gas station to get my daily goyim food and the smell was indescribably potent. Behind the counter was a 5 foot tall zero protein pajeet and you could smell him from 50 feet away. It was an attack on the senses like an ammonia leak. I just can't fathom why the fuck someone would show up to work like that. And I've experienced this in other places too. Russia has thousands of warheads, so I have long suspected that most of them are secretly ineffective. Part of the reason the US military budget is so FUCKHUGE is the upkeep of our nuclear arsenal. Every ICBM, SLBM, nuclear armed cruise missile...every one that is currently out there as part of our nuclear triad for nuclear deterrence is maintained to work if ever called upon. Russia and India both have much, much smaller military budgets than the US. No, granted, they aren't working on as many new projects as the US, but the US spends more on just our nuclear arsenal than they do on their entire military budgets, which also includes their own nuclear arsenals.
One caveat, a dollar in Russia goes a longer way than it does in the US.
And while it's natural to look at Russia's performance in Ukraine and extrapolate that to the rest of their military, it's also important to remember that Russia's nukes are their one safety guarantee against foreign intervention/invasion, so if any branch of the military would be under constant scrutiny and expect to perform, it would be them.
Also, military budgets are down to interpretation - IIRC Russians don't include pensions, pay, welfare benefits et al in the budget of the actual military, so it may appear smaller than it actually is.
India, on the other hand, is likely a clown show from top to bottom. If a nuclear war between India and Pakistan ever goes hot, we can look forward to some real Looney Toons' shit.

Just look at how massive of a shitshow the Moskva's maintenance was according to OPEN informaition, and how much of a literal floating dumpster fire the Kuznetsov has been for the past ten years, and keep in mind - that's how poorly inbred Russians maintain equipment that is in the public eye and close to their logistics center. If Russia actually had to lauch a countervalue strike, I am doubtful they could even get more than a couple dozen missiles off the ground, and would be utterly shocked if even half of those actually finished the boost phase of their launches.
vent posting here. I think it perfectly encapsulates how these jeets erode society. Went to a 7/11 and saw someone’s credit card in the card slot some woman absent mindedly left behind. I took it out used my own card paid for my gas rather than use hers and went inside to give it to the workers in case she came back. It occurred to me walking to the front door. This is 7/11 everyone in there is an Indian. I might as well just hand them her purse. I folded the credit card in half and threw it away. Credit card replacements are super easy now days. Samantha, wherever she is, will likely just go to the bank on her lunch break and get a new one printed tomorrow. But I like being a Good Samaritan. I like returning my shopping cart and these parasites just gave me a first hand look of how high trust societies start to erode.
