I was speaking in very broad strokes for both China and Europe. But even during periods where it is tougher those systems are still way more dynamic than the caste system.

I've noticed it's going out of fashion now but "little Timmy" was a condescending way to refer to a child in some sarcastic point you were making. I'm in Italy and I've noticed a lot of jeet waiters and jeet shop workers and realized why we don't see them outside of Dunkin in America, because no one would ever tip them or go there if they had jeet level service.

For example, I was having some beer on the river Tiber and ordered one more and waited a long time for it expecting typical Italian service but as I watched the jeets running the place all stand around doing nothing I noticed our waiter had disappeared. I think he just went on break or to the second restaurant they run up the road. When we went to pay they surely charged us for a beer they never brought. Fortunately it's Europe and I could take it on the road, however in jeet fashion it was smaller than what I ordered.

In Venice, I saw what I assume was a paki jeet family eating at an establishment with a jeet waiter. They were exchanging bippity boppities and the waiter starts messing with the gross black hair of the small girl at the table. Then in front of the balding gosh father and his hijabbed slave woman the waiter sticks his hands down this little girls shirt and like grabs at her chest while bippity boppities probably discussing price with her father.

They got there regular scams that machines aren't working so you have to over pay or table service that's undisclosed or even just the laziness of lying directly to your face so they don't have to get something. The issue that tipping solves is that jeets only run on izzat, greed and fear. Knowing that they didn't get the big tip would destroy there greed and izzat thus making them incapable of waiting in a country that tips.
