The list of qualifying professions for the TN visa is so retarded and since it's baked into the treaty, the only way they can deal with abuse is through tweaking the USCIS policy manual.
Last year they changed the USCIS policy manual guidance for the technologist and engineering professions to deal with jeets claiming "Software Engineer" is a real engineering job, or that a "Service Desk Analyst" is a technologist. You do realize the first is a Jeet masquerading under false pretense (Nepal and Bhutan are Jeets no matter what they say), the second is the Jeet version of sandnigger, and the third the Catholic flavour thereof?
