I think the reason jeets are so incredibly frustrating to work with is because the way they think is completely unpredictable and lacks any sort of logic, I'll use my coworker ordering rubber boots for example

He approached me saying he would like to order new boots because his were uncomfortable, no problem. I tell him the exact model to order to fix the issue. he ignores me and just orders one thats the same color

guy switches model of boot once again and orders them in the exact same size, they still don't fucking fit!!!

I'm no future reader but I would bet my entire salary this continues for at least 2-3 more orders.

tbh its very well-distributed all over your body, so it doesnt feel as heavy, still very exhausting to move around for long periods of time with all of that on you

and the clothes, sleeping bag, and some other stuff are generally in a duffel bag, if you can get away with it, you dont have to keep it on you all the time, you just need to not get caught without it on you, cuz if you can avoid getting caught, that means your actually paying attention to what's around you

same with being on the phone while guarding, if you can successfully get away with it, you won't get ambushed by the enemy, cuz ur always keeping an eye out to not get ambushed by your superiors who are constantly out to catch you using your phone
