So you have this glut of Indians working right now on OPT visas and more coming and graduating everyday. Eating up all the grad jobs. All of them trying to get H1B through this route. The $100k fee applies only to applicants applying from India right now. Hence the high numbers of h1b despite that change.

If they were smart enough, they'd realize that they lost izzat for getting the guy's race wrong on top of going through each year from 2026 to 2018 to find any news about a possible white man dying to a bear. Can confirm. This is the present meta for third worlders shitting up the US labor market. Capping foreign enrollment at US universities would put an end to this and also drive up US wages.
