Let's say you're a brand new, fresh guy off the street without a security license. You apply to a security company, and they hire you. They then send you to training to get your license (armed or unarmed). The instructors they use are former police/military who also train concealed carry/OCP spray/taser/basic hand-to-hand combat/basic & advanced gunfighter courses as their main source of income. They have a VERY vested interest in maintaining their integrity and reputation, not just with security companies, but private individuals who say "I wanna learn gunfighter skills and I want a good instructor!", and the NC Private Protective Services Board has to license them to become Trainers in the first place.
The odds are very bleak that a group of jeets will somehow become licensed instructors since you NEED to at least have a year of Law Enforcement or security experience*, and the men who are currently Training Officers that have to endorse you so you can apply to get a Trainer Certification aren't going to allow some bobblehead midget jeet to get it. Their usual tactic of subverting the system via infiltration won't work since, well, jeets universally (barring some edge cases) don't join police or military forces.
Sure, maybe a few will manage to JUUGAAD SAAR their way in, and they won't last long at all because the PPSB doesn't tolerate any bullshit. They're almost as tough as the IRS when it comes to ruining your day if they decide an audit/investigation into misconduct is needed.
So, for any jeets reading this, like it or not, this is not a field you can subvert. These instructors are all in one big Good Old Boys' club, and you're not fucking in it because a huge chunk of these guys served in the same police/military units together and they have solid reputations out here in the civilian world as instructors.
*officially this is the bare minimum. Unofficially, they demand way more. I've never seen or heard of a trainer that wasn't former LEO, former military, or both with some serious real-world experience like being former SWAT or having combat deployments overseas.

Sadly, my good brother, though your words are wonderfully hopeful, the reality is jeets infect everything and there is no aspect of life immune to them.
If they can juggad their way into CEO positions in trillion dollar companies, get surgeons jobs with Temu med degrees, take over entire industries / retail sectors overnight, then scamming the process to become a rentacop / insurance decoration will be a thing of trivia to them.

You're not entirely wrong, but a few cherrypicked examples don't change that the vast, overwhelming majority of combat troops in the US military are white men, ditto for police. All the pictures you've shown of jeet "police" are from NYC, which IMO shouldn't count due to how pants-on-head retarded New Yorkers are, that jeet "Major" is almost certainly an Obama or Biden-era commission, and those jeets in ACUs are all three likewise officers who likely got commissioned under Obama (and I'd be willing to bet they weren't in the Army long).
As far as those jeets go (police and military), they're the kind that get stuffed somewhere out of sight, out of mind, so they don't fuck shit up. They're not doing important work that counts, and therefore when wartime comes (or enough citizens demand real policing be done) they're often quietly "separated" from the service and replaced with a white guy with real credentials. As barcode man said, they're not "replacing" us so much as displacing.

Quick summary of the 'racist' incident that inspired this article-New Zealand Member of Parliament, who was born in India and migrated to NZ, Parmjeet Parma, yes that is her name. She's a typical high caste entilted privilged Indian woman and is now MP for the NZ Conservatives.
-Said Indian born Parmjeet 'supported policies attacking Maori scholarships, study spaces, and entrance pathways for Maori students, as well as compulsory Treaty of Waitangi courses for first-year university students'
As you can imagine the Maori community doesn't like her. Maori MP woman Hana-Rawhiti Maipi-Clark. famous for doing the Haka in parliament a couple years ago, was in a haka competition, and did a haka directed at Parmjeet
"The haka mocked Indian culture and called on Dr Parmar to "return to your own home, to vast land, to great poverty, to many problems".
Because the haka attacked her for trying to disinfranchise Maori people. Dr Parmar made comments suggesting that imprisonment should be considered for utilising the haka.
The fucking nerve of an Indian migrant coming here, becoming part of the elite ruling class and trying to control what native born Kiwis can and can't do. Throwing people in prison for making the most basic of criticisms. Sickening, imperalistic evil attitude by ParmaJeet.
And this is now framed in the article as evil white supremacy making the naive Maori turn on Indians. Don't you know that both were colonised by the british? Its pure infantilzing racism. No mention of Indians happily being the middle managers of British Colonial governments, happy to help oppress others to curry favour. The article under 'shared history' even says
"Indians were among the first non-Polynesian peoples to arrive in New Zealand, accompanying Europeans on early exploration voyages." No mention that those indians would aid to oppress and disposss Maori people from their land for British interests as they did across Africa.
The rest of the article is bitching about how Indians are feeling mistreated and experincing racism. Which is undermined by the main Indian woman actively campanigning for racist policies aganist Maoris

She got into parliament as a list MP for ACT who aren't really conservative. They're more austically libertarian leaning and interestingly were formed were formed by Sir Roger Douglas - the OG autist who was fiance minister under Lange during the Fourth Labour government in the 80's (that one the one where they fucking privatised everything and gutted the railways - also the one where Muldoon was shitfaced). Same party Horseface ran into the ground.
I can see why she would. That shit only ramped up after the horseface's government with the tacit endorsement of the worthless sacks of shit running the public service and academia and anything else that isn't necessarily required to turn a profit.
On the first part the Haka is done by TPM MP's anytime they're even vaguely upset as a tantrum, but I suspect Ms Maipi-Clark (from memory the only TPM MP who showed contrition after they all sperged out last year) is probably smart enough to be entirely aware of and channelling the fact the Brian Tamaki and Destiny Church managed to make a bunch of jeets sperg out last year (I think) after they staged a march in auckland whining loudly that everyone else here was pointing out they're a bunch of entitled, nepotistic, parasites.
As much as I disdain the TPM - Ms Maipi Clark is correct in her assesment. Up until 1996 we had FPP and in effect a 2 party system from about the 1936 onwards when National formed from the ashes of the United and Reform parties. Labour was formed by disgruntled miners in the 1910's. Anyway for years that was it. We had minor parties before that and during 1984 one did come close to winning - but just meant Labour won and Muldoon's National government became opposition.
In 96 we swapped to MMP post referendum. So that means no more winner takes all and you ended up with coalitions. In fact 2020 was the first time since the old system that a party had enough seats to govern alone when horseface and her merry band of communists won. Seats for the most part depend on two things:
- Electoral Seats. The country is divided into electorates - both a general roll and a much wider but with smaller electoral base - maori roll. What that means is that most people eligible to vote - vote general (pakeha, chinese, maori). Some maori vote in the moari roll and it is these electoral seats that determine mostly who makes up parliament.
- Party Votes. In conjunction with the electoral seats are the party votes in which all parties running for election get a vote. It's not preference ranked, you just pick one.
- You spoil your ballot by drawing a great big veiny cock or writing nigger on your voting form.
We also have parliamentary supremacy and our judges are appointed not voted for.
